Next Day Courier Service For Online Orders.
We offers a next-day courier service on all stocked products. Next-day delivery is only possible if an order is placed before 11:00 and based on availability. The courier deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 on a Thursday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday Delivery. The delivery charge is dependent on consignment weight and delivery location. Frozen products are packaged in thermally insulated boxes. Delivery charges include all postage and packaging. Deliveries are made by (APC Overnight) between 8am and 6pm with a 2 hour delivery window.

8kg to 20kg = £9 inc VAT
20kg to 100kg = £9 inc Vat + 40p per kg after 20kg
Example 25kg = £11 (40p per kg = £2 + £9 Total £11)
We offer local collection for anyone in the OX area.
When checking out, select “Local Collection” and in the comment box let us know a few dates/times you would like to collect.
We will then contact to arrange collection.
Collections will be packed in polystyrene boxes. For each time a delivery is collected and you return the boxes, we will give you a rewards point.
Collect 6 points and we will give you 10% of your 7th order.

In certain circumstances, orders may be delayed without prior notifications. On occasions, couriers may deliver your parcel at 48 hours, not 24 hours. These circumstances are beyond our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee a next-day delivery service.
We could only notify you of any delays/ updates in courier delivery, should you contact us. The boxes can keep the products frozen for 48 hours. However, we will not be able to replace nor refund any orders rejected by you at/over 48 hours due to courier delays.
Our couriers will leave without a signature. They will place the boxes in the requested area (e.g. doorstep, porch, garden), but not always guaranteed. If some/ all the products in the same boxes are perishable, they should not be returned to depot. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are available for signing for the parcel. This is important if you do not have a place for the boxes to be left.
If your order is returned to the local depot, you are responsible for collecting it / arranging for a re-delivery. You would have to pay for the cost, if any.
You may write in the comment box during the checkout phase about your preferred location to leave the parcel. We will then write it to the couriers. However, this is not guaranteed; this is at the discretion of the driver. Courier drivers are only required to leave the parcel within the parameters of your property, if you are not in.
We will not accept liability for any missing order shown to be left by the GPS tracking/photos from our couriers. Under no circumstances are KarnieRaw liable in any way for thefts from your property. Instead, you will have to contact your local Police to report a theft, if you believe your parcel has been stolen.
KarnieRaw will not accept liability for incorrect address information. If your delivery address does not exist on our courier’s portal, we would have to manually alter it. We will not replace nor refund even if the couriers fail to locate and deliver to your address.
More delivery information is encouraged. It is because the lack of necessary information could result to a cancellation without further notice.
Please do not order for next-day delivery if you cannot accommodate a delay to 48 hrs.
We will not refund nor replace orders if customers have altered the delivery day or address with the couriers. Once your parcel has left us, it is not our control with any courier changes made by you. Hence, we strictly advise against this.
